My happy place

at this time of year is my garden! I absolutely love it and spend as much time there as I can so I thought I'd share some of it.

As you can see I like it FULL:)

The ferns are particularly good this year

There is a pond in there somewhere...honest:)

 Lilac trees and Aliums

Bird bath and wine cooler (supermarket buy) water feature

this Viola has flowered its little head off.....in an old enamel bowl

 first Foxglove open

 white Astrantia

 Iris....split a clump with a friend

can't recall what this is called but I love the blobs!

 Echium.....fabulous colour

 Alium...love that perfect ball

Lilac...wish you could smell it, it's gorgeous

and finally...latest buy to use as planter!

it's definitely that time of the year (and the weather!!) to be out in the garden! Love it! Funny how many similar plants we have lol

Sue, I love seeing all your pics, it puts all the other little pics we've seen on facebook into place. Your garden is gorgeous and interesting, I like all your interesting plants. I'll have to take some pics in my garden too, but I'm doing a lot of veg this year so I've been very busy. Now I can sit back and watch it grow. Then eat it mmmm. Wish you could open your garden I'd love to walk around it. Michelle x
