I noticed this last week that the latest
is called SCRAP IT!
While I am not a scrapbooker I do quite often use my photos on journal pages.......so I made this page and am entering it into the challenge, not entered a challenge for AGES!
These are the photos I used, I took them this week while out walking......I just love the way the toadstools in the top pic are decaying and look like the edges are dripping:)
I printed them in black and white and used them on this page.
The other thing that is a bit different with this page is that it's a single page.....I nearly always work on double page spreads......I did enjoy the smaller space to fill so will be doing it again!
Kept the colour to a minimum......the black and white with some orange added for the Hallowe'en theme!
All stamps used are from STAMPOTIQUE...the bat boy figure is called TETEWEA:)
Liked the dribbly runs under the bottom of the pic which didn't quite fill the page so thie dribbles were a good filler!

fab way of using a photo, and fab photo too! I do love a good toadstool or two ;) I saw this challenge and ran in the opposite direction, I don't do 'photos' in my journals, but I keep thinking maybe I should try, we'll see!
brilliant Sue. love that mushroom photo on it's own, let alone how you've created round it. I've just bought a shiitake mushroom log and am looking forward to seeing them grow.
This is fantastic, what is Tetwea stamped onto , it looks like glass. Thank you for entering this into the stampotique challenge. x
Very cool page! Love the orange on this black/white page. Thanks for joining us at Stampotique. XOXO
Great page Sue, the Stampotique image works fabulously with those mushrooms. Has a real atmospheric feel to this and I love the pop of orange against the black and white. Tracy x

Woah, what a stunner ... a very good idea to do it just black and white and only use orange in addition ... love the Stampotique images anyway and you did a perfectly awesome Halloween project. The mushrooms look very creepy ...
