I am......

a very lucky girl!
You know I said it was my birthday over the weekend? Well, I got some fabulous pressies but I just had to share one of them with you..........it being arty and journally and all:)
The friend who gave it to me.........you know who you are....TRACY.........went over and way above the call of duty!

She COMMISSIONED a HANDMADE JOURNAL for me from LUTHIEN THYE from ALTERED ALCHEMY
I have long admired Luthiens work...if you don't know it go spend some time on her blog
(link above)
It is called DREAM KEEPER

and it even has a little skull inside the window in the heart!........

.......... and a beautiful handstitched spine

.....inside are watercolour paper pages......all clean.......waiting for ink and paint...............

THANKS AGAIN TRACY......I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
She also gave me a box of genuine German frozen charlotte doll parts.......she knows me well! These are perfect sizes for jewellery.......I feel a necklace coming on!

I'll let you keep the dolls' limbs (shudder), but that journal is gorgeous!

What a wonderful gift. So matched to you for the little I know of you. I had a look at the lady her site and her books are jewels in themselves. You lucky gal to have gotten a book like that! I am sure you will whip out gorgeous pages to fill it.
