Those Stampotique stamps are great aren't they? I love the crown and how you have embossed it, presumably with 2 different eps? Look forward to eventually seeing the whole thing.
Angela, the crown is a piece of German Gold Scrap, it is gold to start with and I just added some orange paint, but I agree it looks embossed! And yes, I LOVE the Stampotique stamps!!
Ooh, I have that Stampotique stamp in my collection and you have just given me a couple of new ideas on how to use it. I think I'll pop over and check out the mag too so I can see the whole project.
Hi Sue I remembered what that gallery exhibition was after trawling through my history - http://www.rockpoolcandy.com/sculpture/2009/01/sniffles-sneezes-and-communicable-diseases-and-a-coup.html?cid=146708518#comments I found it after googling 'scientific wire' something Paddy thought I should have heard of and hadn't!! Thanks again for a great workshop today :) Sarah
Hello and welcome!
I like to travel and I'm incurably curious. I love my garden and I like to make things,
I like altered art and mixed media and have a leaning towards the slightly darker, weirder side of things....as you may notice!
