Let me tell you a story

I have been wanting to work on a whole doll rather than just the heads for a while.....this one was a car boot sale buy......it's not a ceramic doll, just an ordinary plastic one, that doesn't really matter but you do have to be careful with the heat gun when drying paint:)

 When I started this I only intended adding a few words, maybe a quote here and there but it sort of developed into what I am now going to call 
A STORY DOLL

 Can you guess what story I used?





 Her name is 
ALICE.

    And is that a smear of jam under the foot? not raspberry I'm guessing - looks too smooth for pips, unless the caterpillar has licked them off... Fun :)
