Once upon a time on an allotment not that far from here...
I planted three little courgette plants....
they grew a bit .....
and then I went on holiday for three weeks and didn't go to visit them for another week after that
and this is what I found when I did go to see them!!
BLIMEY!!!! They are flippin' HUGE!!!
So, today I made marrow and ginger jam
which I will have for dinner with some of these....also from the allotment
After all that there are STILL these left!!!!!
Oh well off to find more recipes!

guess it is a bit like carrot cake
