are not among my fav things to use.
I find the actual cutting process very frustrating......I have a Cuttlebug and I can never remember the combination of plates to use with each die, end up with part cut pices, or not cut at all then try another combination bla bla bla......and end up thinking "I can't be bothered!"
That said I made this page with a couple of die cuts I did manage to cut!
The reason I persevered is that Stampotique Designers challenge this week is to use die cuts.
This is awesome! No one would ever know of your distaste for die cuts based on this project! We're having an "Anything Goes" challenge at HDH this week if you'd like to enter.

Hi Sue,
ReplyDeleteI too never used to be a die cut girl but over the last 6 months or so, I have really changed my mind and now use them a lot for texture and dimension. I love how you used a die here that I probably would never have chosen....it looks fab....just shows that you always have to think outside the box!!

ReplyDeleteVery Cool Sue, Love the colours.
ReplyDeleteOh WOW!! This is so clever!! Love the texture and colour - everything!!! Polly x
ReplyDeleteYou did a marvelous job on using the die cuts. I found that if I wrote down the plate combination on a cardboard piece near my machine it helped me out a lot. Now if I could get used to using my new Silhouette I could do so much more.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us at SDC this week!
